Do I have to buy the starter bracelet first?
Nope! You can chose to buy a blank bracelet to add onto, or you can add charms to your cart to piece together from scratch.
What if I do not know my wrist size?
We recommend having a total of 18 to 24 charms so that you can adjust the sizing to your preference by simply adding or removing charms.
Our starter bracelets come complete with 18 charms.

Is it hard to put on or swap the charms myself?
It's actually one of the easiest charm systems out there. There are no clasps— the charms slide on and off in seconds. You can add the charm remover tool to help the process, but it is not required.
